Cooling Machine Application:

This machine is used for rapid cooling of high temperature deep fried noodles piece via forced air cooling that can enable the noodles piece temperature to close to room temperature, in order to facilitate packaging and storage. The cooling part is composed of a frame, a transmission mechanism and a centrifugal fan.

In the transmission parts, a helical gear reducer motor drives pulling rod chain driving axis via sprocket set, which chain drives axis by driven axis via sprocket set, drive direction between axis and driving axis will be changed by gear pair and then drive the shaping pulling rod chain. A pulling rod installs on every four sections on the pulling rod chain, and the pulling rod moves along the noodles supporting plate and directly pulls the upper part of dough piece to move forward. Fans on the lower part rapidly can cool dough pieces with strong wind. Movement of dough pieces can be observed via the organic glass on both sides of machine frame.
